All Sun Salutations, All The Time

This practice is designed for those of us who love sun salutations, but would appreciate some variations on the classic suryanamaskar A & B that we generally find in most yoga classes. In this class, Jenni leads us through a continual 30-minute flow of sun salutation variations that will build heat, cultivate strength, and breathe some new creativity and novel loading into your yoga practice. Enjoy!

No props are required for this practice, but 2 blocks might come in handy if you have them!
