360 Degree Energizing Flow

This class is designed to connect us to our whole body on all sides - in other words, 360 degrees all the way around! We achieve this through an active, innovative yoga flow that offers plenty of challenge (although zero chaturangas or downward dogs! Can you imagine that? :) )

We start off by warming our body with some core and upper body work and then we move into a smart and fun sequence that we repeat and build on over the course of the practice. We end with the opportunity for a few backbends, a current favorite reclined twist variation, and savasana.

No props are required for this creative flow practice!
