Day 22

I designed this class with a focus on overhead range of motion. So you might notice a good deal of shoulder flexion woven throughout this practice in different movements and different ranges of motion. This would be a great warm up for handstands and other arms-overhead yoga asanas!

P.S. The fact that you're staying present to our challenge and we're all the way in to Day 22 is phenomenal!  I hope your connection to your yoga practice feels stronger than ever at this point!
