Day 17

This movement snack includes a light focus on the core (both the anterior and posterior core), as well as a shoulder shoulder mobility focus. And we get to practice a great cross-body shalabhasana (locust pose) variation – which makes me happy because shalabhasana is one of my favorite yoga poses!
