Externally Rotating the Shoulders in Down Dog, Warrior 1, etc.
Here was the question: “What about shoulder outward rotation in down dog and in warrior 1, etc. For me this was always a crucial detail in alignment, you didn’t mention it, maybe it is for you not in the greater picture?”
