Ever since I started following Jenni Rawlings on Instagram and subsequently becoming a member on her site, I've learned so much more about strengthening, pain science and the importance of the language we use as facilitators of movement. As a result, I personally feel more confident exploring what my body can do, in a progressive way (double entendre intended), and feel stronger in my yogasana practice. This education has also made its way into how I guide my clients!
