Upward Rotation of the Scapula, Part 1: Backbends

Join Jenn in a practice designed to to help us better embody the action of upward rotation of the scapula (shoulder blade) - an important key ingredient in taking our arms overhead easefully and spaciously. This practice is themed around backbends, with a peak pose of urdha dhanurasana (wheel/upward-facing bow).

This practice utilizes either one yoga strap or a dowel (a solid cylindrical rod, usually made from wood).
