Tight Space Yoga Flow

This practice is first and foremost a creative and effective whole body flow, but it also happens to be a practice that could easily be done in tight quarters - i.e. there is no chance that any part of our body will stray off the space of our yoga mat.

This is perfect for anyone who might be practicing at home in a small space (between the bed and the wall, for example!), or for crowded in-person classes at yoga studios in which people might prefer to not accidentally touch their neighboring yogis as they move through their practice.

This practice starts with an upper and lower body warm-up and then moves into a stronger standing flow before ending with a creative camel pose (ustrasana) variation and a quick cool-down.

No props are required for this “tight space” yoga practice.
