Sun Salutation Countdown

In this creative flow practice, we move through a series of sun salutations interspersed with novel floor-based work that targets the hamstrings, active hip rotation, core strength, and upper body strength. This is a whole body practice that will transition you up into sun salutations and down to the floor all throughout the practice. Enjoy this active and fresh take on a vinyasa practice!
