Rotational Core Flow

This is a creative, invigorating flow practice themed around spinal rotation and some core work (although of course the whole body is targeted here as well!)

We start with a novel spinal warm-up and then move into a dynamic standing flow that builds on itself with each incarnation. Enjoy the smart mobility work that is cleverly sequenced into this smart & strong flow!

This practices utilizes 1 optional yoga block + 1 optional yoga blanket (or other tool for sliding across the floor).
