Quick Warm-Up Flow 78

A quick practice with a focus on core connection and upper mobility!

We start with a light core connection sequence and then move into a low lunge and plank flow with some great opportunities to activate the posterior shoulders and thoracic extension.

Enjoy this quick but potent flow!

No props are required for this class.
