Quick Warm-Up Flow 64
A whole body flow that includes a visit to dancer pose!
We start by warming up our shoulders and hips in a seated position, and then we move into a standing flow that culminates with our single-leg balancing backbend (dancer pose!).
No props are required for this short practice!

Once we’ve moved on to the next month’s phase, we release the two warm-up flows from the previous month here in Jenni’s class library so that our greater website community can practice to them.
