Quick Warm-Up Flow 6

This 10-minute flow will move your entire body with a focus on core and hip stability.

This is a perfect class when you’re interested in a mini-practice to energize you and bring blood flow and dynamic movement to all of your major muscles and joints. This practice can also serve as a great warm-up before other physical activities such as strength training.

No props are required for this short practice.
