Quick Warm-Up Flow 55
An energizing flow that will wake up your connection to your whole body!
We start with some effective core work and then move into a creative standing pose flow. We also manage to sneak in some dynamic malasanas, which are a perfect way to mobilize the entire lower body.
No props are required for this quick practice.
