Quick Warm-Up Flow 53
Active shoulder mobility is woven throughout this creative flow.
We start with a unique tabletop flow that targets the upper body and then work with a seated shoulder-mobilizing move. Then we visit a quick standing flow before making our way through the opening sequence again, with optional progressions included for adding on.
No props are required for this quick practice.
