Quick Warm-Up Flow 48
A creative, quick flow to wake up your connection to your whole body.
Hip hinges followed by standing pigeon chair switches start this flow off. Then we transition into a lunge sequence that includes a core stability challenge and some posterior shoulder work.
No props are required for this quick flow!
