Quick Warm-Up Flow 47
A well-rounded flow with a focus on shoulder activation.
We start with a supine shoulder mobility sequence. Then we transition into some abdominal work followed by a standing flow with a thoracic spine mobility focus.
No props are required for this quick flow!
