Quick Warm-Up Flow 36
This quick flow targets the hips and core in 360°.
We start with some seated 90/90 windshield wiper switches, move into a creative forearm reverse table-forearm side plank sequence, and end with a bit of focus on the hip flexors.
No props are required for this short practice!
