Quick Warm-Up Flow 35
A quick standing pose sequence followed by a unique grip strength drill.
We start with a creative and fun half sun salutation variation and then we move into a thoracic spine mobility-focused standing sequence. We end with a creative wrist/finger/grip strength drill!
No props are required for this short practice!
