Quick Warm-Up Flow 2
This 10-minute flow will get your entire body moving while featuring a focus on upper back, shoulder, and scapular mobility. This is a perfect class when you’re interested in a mini-practice to energize you and bring blood flow and dynamic movement to all of your major muscles and joints. This practice can also serve as a great warm-up before other physical activities such as strength training.
No props are required for this short practice.
