Prenatal Yoga - Mid-Pregnancy (Second Trimester)

Join the knowledgeable and experienced Lauren Anderson for the second in a series of four prenatal yoga classes. This class is designed for mid-pregnancy (second trimester) - but in truth, this is also an excellent gentle yoga practice for any body - pregnant or not!

Move your body in nourishing ways and learn a few tips about yoga, movement, and pregnancy from the wonderful Lauren!

This practice utilizes one optional yoga block and an optional chair.

Lauren Anderson has been training, teaching yoga, writing and lecturing about health, fitness, and wellness for 15 years. She received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and holds several fitness certifications including ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and E-RYT. She is also currently pursuing her Postpartum Doula Certification.
