Low, Slow & Strong 2

In this creative practice, Jenni leads us through a whole body strengthening practice, but we get to do almost the entire practice lying on our backs on the floor. No standing required! How could such a feat be possible? You'll have to take this innovative class to find out. :)

This practice includes potent mobility/strengthening work for the hips, shoulders, and spine, as well as some targeted neck strengthening (which most people's bodies could really use!)

This practice utilizes 1 yoga blanket (or similar household object) & 2 yoga blocks.
