Kinstretch Class: End Range Strength Training

Kinstretch is a movement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and *usable* (i.e. active) ranges of motion. In this class, Samantha teaches us strategies for increasing our mobility using "end range strength training" - which basically means taking a joint toward its end range and working to strengthen it in that position. Before we get to the end range training, Samantha first leads us through a unique CARs sequence done in non-traditional positions. (If you're not familiar with CARs, see Samantha's class called "Basic CARs Routine".) Once we've warmed up our joints using CARs, Samantha teaches us about end range strength training using the example of hip external rotation.

Samantha is a Kinstretch teacher, FRCms, FRAs who specializes in helping people move better.
