Hamstrings-Focused Practice

This yoga practice focuses on effective ways to strengthen the hamstrings at all ranges in order to create flexibility gains. This is a potent way to cultivate healthy, resilient hamstrings that function well for us.

This all-levels yoga/movement practice utilizes 2 yoga blocks (optional) and 1 yoga strap.
