Guided Meditation

Francesca masterfully leads us through a focused 15-minute meditation practice. This would be an excellent way to start your day in the morning or to wind down before bedtime at the end of the day. It would also be a lovely meditation practice to do at the conclusion of an active yoga practice. Consider adding this in at the end of any of the other yoga practices in this class library!

This practice utilizes any props you would like in order to maintain a comfortable seat for 15 minutes (including sitting in a chair or lying on your back!)
