Active Bolster Practice

This class weaves together the use of a yoga bolster in active and creative ways all throughout! Whereas we generally think of a bolster as a prop intended for restorative or passive poses, we can also challenge that stereotype by expanding the possible role that this item can play for us in our practice. This gives us more options for more movement possibilities in our yoga practice!

This practice utilizes one yoga bolster or a pillow, foam roller, or cushion. Enjoy this innovate and fun flow class!
