Applied Anatomy for Yogis: The Hip

A Yoga Continuing Education Course

This thorough 2.5-hour course will leave you with a foundational understanding of the hip joint (and the lumbopelvic hip complex in general) and the way it moves, the main muscles involved in this area, and many helpful tools for teaching hip movements on the yoga mat. You will also learn about some common myths about the hips that it’s time for the yoga world to move on from.

Note the optional quizzes that you are welcome to take for certification that you have completed and comprehended this course.

As with all of Jenni’s workshops, this course counts for continuing education hours for Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teachers.
