Welcome to our Yoga Snack Challenge: 10 minutes of creative yoga warm-up flows every day in June!


A few logistical details:

1) Accessing the yoga practices: I’ll email you the yoga snack practice of the day every morning, and I’ll also post the practices here on our challenge home page as they release (down below! ⬇️).

My hope is for you to complete each practice at some point during the day it’s released. :) But if you skip a day, no worries! Consider catching up in the following days if need be.

2) Accountability Checklist: feel free to use this optional checklist to help stay on track with the challenge! You can print the checklist out or save the file to your device and type right into it in digital form.

3) Community forum: I’d love us to cultivate some community, connection, and practice motivation in the special forum space I created for this challenge. To access the forum, simply log in with your JRY login info. (If you have any issues logging in, email me or message me via the chat box on this page!)
