Day 25

This quick practice truly moves and warms your whole body, and we get to do my *favorite* active hamstring stretch at the end! The stretch does require a yoga strap (or scarf, belt, etc.) or a resistance band (my preferred prop for this stretch), but it’s so worth it – you’ll see!

P.S. We're in the final 5 days of our yoga snack challenge – I can't believe it! We've come so far 🤩
