Quick Warm-Up Flow 15

This creative sequence incorporates a yoga strap (or similar household object) and starts with a shoulder and spine warm-up and moves into a fun “teeter totter” stability flow.

[Each month in Strength for Yoga Remote Group Training, we feature two short warm up flows (A & B) designed to be done before one’s strength training practice. Once we’ve moved on to the next month’s phase, we release the two warm-up flows from the previous month here in Jenni’s class library so that our greater website community can practice to them.
